Your Holiday Villas Pattaya is a real estate agency based in Pratumnak Hill, Pattaya, Chonburi 20150, Thailand. We help international and local clients buy, sell, and rent pool villas, condos, and houses across Pattaya.

When you submit our contact form, send an email, or message us on WhatsApp or LINE, we collect:

• Your email address and / or phone number
• The content of your message (property of interest, budget, intent to buy / rent / sell)
• Any other details you voluntarily share

When you browse our site, the following may be collected automatically by our hosting provider or by cookies you consent to:

• Pages viewed and time spent on each page
• Referring website and approximate location (city / country level)
• Device type, browser, and operating system
• IP address (in anonymised form where possible)

3. How we use your data

We use your personal data only for the following purposes:

• Legal partners — our retained Thai property law firm, only when you become a client and only with your knowledge

We will not transfer your data to any other third party without your explicit consent.

7. Data retention

• Enquiry data — kept for 24 months from your last contact, then deleted
• Transaction records — kept for 10 years as required by Thai accounting and tax law
• Cookie consent records — kept for 12 months, then you are re-prompted

9. Data security

We use HTTPS encryption for all site traffic, secure email providers, and limit access to your data to staff who genuinely need it. 10. International transfers

Our hosting (Vercel) is based in the USA. Our communication tools (WhatsApp, LINE) may also process data outside Thailand and the EU. Where required by GDPR, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

11. Children

Our site and services are intended for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page. The "Last updated" date at the start of this document always reflects the current version.
